Welcome to Day 4.
Today we are adding in compassion to our already strong base of heart practice. Compassion is the quality that allows you to develop deeper understanding towards yourself and others. It is the healing balm for your deepest of wounds and that is why we introduce compassion when we are working on healing our own hearts and minds from the past and our negative habits.
Compassion heals. So settle in for this truly heart-healing practice.
