Day 5: Forgive
There may not be a more important day then today for some of us as Forgiveness is a powerful healer and transformer for our hearts and minds.
Welcome to Day 5.
From a traditional point of view forgiveness is a purification practice. It purifies us from our grievances, grudges and heartache. It is also a practice where we learn to really let go and release what is no longer serving us in our lives.
I really want to acknowledge, just how much growth and ground you have already covered in Bloom to be here today.
May this practice of Forgiveness heal both you and your heart.
