Day 1: Establishing


Today we begin by establishing your baseline of awareness.

Welcome to Day 1.

Awareness is the working function of meditation. It is your ability to know, recognize and understand what is happening internally and externally around you. From here, you can integrate specific qualities into your awareness, such as kindness and love, which we will work on this week, so you are meeting what you recognize with kindness and compassion.

Since awareness is very synonymous with mindfulness, in today’s meditation you will strengthen and deepen your mindful recognition.
