Welcome to Day 7.

I first want to pause and savor just how much this moment means - you have traversed deep waters of your heart and mind this week. You have grown kindness in your heart, you have learned to the importance of forgiveness and compassion. You have shown up to do the really big work of healing and learning to love yourself as you get to know who you really are.

So today, we will explore a teaching that will bridge all of this beautiful heart-based work you have done and learn what it means to share your heart and practice with the world.

Metta is a practice of wishing yourself and others all of the qualities of the heart and genuine wellbeing. It is a transformer for your daily life experience and a perfect way to learn how meditation changes not only yourself but the world.

Welcome home to your true self and to your heart - and keep sharing your heart and practice that is now full of love and compassion.
