1-1 Mindful Eating Mentorship
In mindful eating we learn how to bring our mindful attention to the food we eat, the process of eating, and our behaviors around food. Practitioner's will receive one-on-one personalized instruction on mindful eating, and learn science-backed mindfulness-based eating awareness tools and practices. Students can work with Amanda privately to learn and develop a daily mindful eating practice that can reshape your relationship with food. Multiple Sessions for Mindful Eating Mentorship is highly recommended to fully learn and integrate these practices into everyday life.
