What we know from clinical research on meditation is that the most significant effects come from a sustained and long-term practice. What we also know is that many of us are in the process of finding our way to a daily meditation practice and routine. We all want meditation to be a part of our day-to-day and yet haven’t quite found traction and momentum in making meditation daily.
In this workshop, practitioners will be lead through a series of experiential meditations focused on gaining clarity into what will bring you to daily meditation and the non-supportive habits and thinking patterns you need to let go of to make meditation part of your day-to-day. You will learn a tangible framework based on science and heart-felt inquiry for creating your daily practice with tips and techniques for making meditation consistent.
Clinical research on habit formation and behavior change will be shared, along with best practices to implement and automate a daily meditation habit. Come explore the principles, practices, and science, for making meditation daily and simply part of who you are.
